Philani Training and Development Solutions offers accredited, practical training programmes that support skills development, workplace compliance, and community upliftment, particularly within the agricultural and rural development sectors.

Our programmes include occupational qualifications, health and safety training, and skills development courses designed to empower individuals and strengthen organisations.

  • Occupational Qualifications, including the Health Promotion Officer, Home-based Carer and Home-based Care assistant qualifications, combining knowledge, practical training, and workplace experience
